Felicia Billingslea

Felicia is the Director of the Food Labeling and Standards Staff in the Office of Nutrition, Labeling and Dietary Supplements at the FDA. The Food Labeling and Standards Staff is responsible for developing policy, regulations, guidance documents, and enforcement strategies governing all aspects of food labeling, including allergen labeling, warning statements, and biotechnology labeling.  This group also manages the food standards program for FDA and establishes, amends, or revokes food standards as necessary.   

Felicia has been with the FDA for 23 years and has been doing food labeling for 19 years.
